How it works

Sign up the whole family in four steps.

In developmentArk is being built now. This is how it will work at launch.

It all happens on a phone. Anything you have already told Ark is filled in for you.

  1. Register every kid at once

Pick everyone who is going from one list. Ark only shows the kids who fit the event.

Register for Fall Campout, step 1 of 4: Eli and Caleb are both checked. 2 boys at $45, $90.00 total, and a Next: medical button.
  2. Medical info and waiver, in one pass

Last time's medical answers come back, so you just tap “Yes, still right.” Sign the waiver right on your phone.

Step 2, Medical: Eli's allergies, medicines and emergency contact from his last event, with a Yes, still right button. Caleb is new, so None is already picked for each question.
  3. Pay

See every cost before you pay, card fee included. Pay by card, or with cash at check-in if your church takes it.

    The payment screen
  4. Check in

Leaders check kids in with one tap and see allergies right on the list.

Coming QR pickup. Leaders will scan the parent's code before a child goes home.

The leader's check-in list for Fall Campout, 9 of 14 in. Each child has one Check in button, and Eli shows a Peanut allergy tag.

For families

Fill it in once. Ark remembers.

No clipboard at the door, and no filling in the same medical form for every camp.

  • One sign-up for the whole family

Add your kids once. Register all of them for an event in one go.

  • Medical info remembered

Medical info carries over from event to event. Next time, you only check that it's still right.

  • See what's next

Your church's next event is on your home screen the moment you open Ark.

  • Safe pickup Coming

Your kids go home with the right grown-up. Leaders will scan your QR code at pickup.

For churches and districts

The whole event, in one place.

Sign-ups, forms, payments and check-in all land in the same place, so the church office isn't chasing paper.

  • Rosters

Every registration lands on the event roster with the child's age and group.

  • Allergies at check-in

Allergies show right beside each child's name on the check-in list.

  • Leaders cleared Coming

You will see which leaders are cleared to serve before event day.

  • Payments in one place

See who has paid for each event.

  • District view Coming

Districts will see events and sign-ups across all of their churches.

Safety

Kids' information stays safe.

Ark is built for children's ministry, so privacy comes first.

  • Medical info is encrypted

Allergies, medicines and medical notes are stored encrypted.

  • New-device codes

Church admins confirm every new phone or computer with a code.

    Coming for every leader role

  • Parents see only their own kids

A parent's account shows their own children and no one else's.

Rooted in church

Built by a church family, for church families.

Churches have gathered families for generations. Ark takes care of the sign-ups, forms and check-in, so leaders can spend their time with the kids.
